Mind Mapping and Study Skills

I'm not a person that does much writing so have struggled a bit with that on this course. A few years ago I discovered a technique called - 'mind-mapping' by Tony Buzan and this has helped me enormously with setting up and reviewing books and planning essays etc.

I wish I had known about this back when I did my GCSE's as I think I would've had much better grades.

It probably works for me because I am a visual person, rather than learning pages and pages of text, I can remember one brightly coloured image and use that.

I intend to use a journal for my next course, I'll use a Moleskine a5 journal to write down notes/mind map and jot down my general thoughts.
